AA Carpet Cleaning agrees to perform all work in a thoroughly professional manner, using the latest equipment available. At the same time, the customer understands that certain types of stains can be deeply set and are impossible to remove completely. In such circumstances AA Carpet Cleaning will make every reasonable attempt to clean the carpet or fabric. Certain defects in manufacturing, installations or reupholstering, as well as conditions caused by wear or aging are sometimes not apparent until cleaning is performed. AA Carpet Cleaning cannot be responsible for any damage caused by existing conditions that are not apparent upon visual inspection.

For Example:

• Water soluble backing material

• Worn or splitting seams

• Fugitive dyes that are not properly set during manufacture

• Pet urine or stains not visible on inspection

• Carpets smelling due to poor ventilation but apparent after cleaning

Overdue accounts will incur extra administration charges - The customer is responsible for all collection costs of unpaid accounts. All payments from a Visa/MasterCard/Debit cards will incur extra charges

ANY QUERIES REGARDING THIS JOB OR INVOICE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF THE SERVICE DATE.
